Michael has previously served as the Chief Executive Officer of MCM Technologies Bhd where his main focus was on IT Outsourcing and Managed Services. He started out his career in Coopers and Lybrand where he obtained his Certified Public Accountant CPA and entered into a variety of management and finance positions.
He spent 7 years with Electronic Data Systems Malaysia as the CFO and with Ericsson Services Malaysia as the Regional Financial Controller overseeing  Asia Pacific. His diverse experience in finance led him to confidently move into the position of Country Manager of the Hewlett Packard Services Division.

Hong Cheong Tong

Chief Operations Officer

Hong has more than 38 years of experience in the ICT industry and has experience in business management, operations management, and project management. He has previously served as the COO of MCM Technologies Bhd where his main focus was on operations excellence, customer loyalty, and business development in Managed Services.
Hong started his professional career with Philips Malaysia as a Systems Analyst before joining Hewlett Packard Sales Malaysia. In Hewlett Packard, Hong held numerous positions including Systems Consultant with the Professional Services Organisation, Client Manager with the Managed Services Division, and Country Manager of the Enterprise Support and Services Organisation.

DATUK LEONG YENG KIT

Director

LL.B (Hons) Buckingham, Advocate & Solicitor (Malaya),  D.P.S.M., Royal Order Sahametrei (Cambodia) Datuk Leong Yeng Kit, is a lawyer and banker by profession. He read law at the University of Buckingham, England graduating in 1995, and was called to the Malaysian Bar in 1998. He is also a current practicing lawyer practicing in partnership in the legal firm of Leong Yeng Kit & Co. which he founded and now serves as its Managing Partner.

He has extensive experience in Banking, Capital Markets and Corporate Law matters, Mergers & Take-Overs, Commercial Law, Conveyancing, Corporate Restructuring, Intellectual Property, Liquidation, Receivership, Litigation, and fraud Investigations. The Federal Court of Malaysia had appointed Datuk Leong as a Commissioner for Oaths.

Dato Nordin Mohamed

Director

Dato Nordin Mohamed brings with him more than twenty years of experience in a senior management position in various industries across Information Technology, Automotive Industry, Oil and Gas Industry.

Throughout his career, he has specialized in supply chain management, business development, procurement, contracting, and operation management. Companies previously served by Dato Nordin include MFM Group (Lumut Shell Port), My Soft Sdn Bhd (Sapura Kota Bharu), Amazing Tempor (Automotive), Aba Gas Technologies Sdn Bhd (NGV Division) and he is currently the Director of Arah Saksama Sdn Bhd.
